It was a delightful surprise to find a strong influence from Middle Eastern and Mediterranean cuisines. The new options are sure to please both vegetarians and vegans, featuring dishes like za'atar carrots with harissa and Mushroom Wellington. I thoroughly enjoyed my smoky fried chicken, knowing that all meats are smoked on-site, and everything is fermented in-house. This restaurant was a complete disappointment. We had a reservation for 6:45, and by 8:15, we still hadn’t received our appetizers. The sole waitress was doing her best, but it was evident that she was overwhelmed. The restaurant is severely understaffed, and there was no sign of management to address the situation. After waiting an hour and a half without any service, we decided to leave without eating. When we spoke to a staff member about our experience, we didn’t even receive an apology. It’s clear that we won’t be returning.
We enjoyed a delicious dinner at the Waybury Inn. The weather cooperated, so we were able to dine outside. Our server, Suzanne, was friendly and helpful. The scallops, and fish and chips were excellent. All the vegetables included with the scallops were perfect. It was a wonderful way to spend an early autumn evening.
We've been visiting this restaurant for years and have never been disappointed. Bri, Amy, Robert, and the entire team offer exceptional service! Dining here feels just like being at home. The food is wonderful! A special shoutout to Joe and Tracy too. You won't regret choosing this place!

We had an absolutely wonderful Thanksgiving dinner in 2021 at the Waybury Inn. The Waybury consistently offers fantastic holiday buffets and meals, whether it's for Thanksgiving, Easter, Mother's Day, or any other occasion. It’s simply the best!

We visit quite frequently, typically to the pub, and have never been let down. The charcuterie is fantastic, and the soups are always excellent. The bar is also wonderful.
