Stayed for two nights for a celebration. All I can say is that it was faultess. Wonderful service from start to finish. Its remote location is part of the magic, in a beautiful wooded valley running up from the Wye. The rather plain white exterior belies what lies within. An intimate,contemporary, informal restaurant with some great artwork. The food is simply stunning, the default is a tasting menu, but as we were staying two nights we had a la carte on the second night. The very clever use of garden and foraged herbs ran through the whole menu, which delivered a very different and very pleasant experience. Every dish hit the mark without exception.
