Overall, this place is okay. I like the location and the products are pretty decent. Overall, the prices are a high, but I get it because its a specialty type shop. One thing that really drives me nuts is that I used to get deli meat here from time to time, but the last 4 times I have gone here, they haven't had the prices posted anywhere. The board above the deli meat says what they have, but the prices are left completely blank. This drives me nuts. One week Boars Head turkey was $10.99/lb. then 2 weeks later it was $13.69. My go to butcher shop in Ashburn off Ashburn Rd close to the firehouse. I'm a big meat smoker and they have an excellent selection of meats but what they are known for are steak tips. They have at least 9 different pre marinated flavors. My favorites are smokehouse, firey, maple and I usually like to get a couple packs that aren't marinated so I can do a rub and grill them. I love the prime burgers and dry aged ribeyes. They sell beer and wine and have a nice little bistro. The sides are good not Balduccis good but they have a nice selection. Do not order anything for the holidays from this place. We ordered a smoked turkey for Thanksgiving and they didn't have what we ordered. We had to settle for something we didn't want because we had no other option at that point. The customer service was lousy and we we offered no explanation as to why they didn't have it. It would have been nice to receive a phone call from this establishment to let us know they made a mistake before it became to late to make other arrangements for our Thanksgiving meal. The only thing offered was $10 off a $200 order. I will never use this place again. The customer in front of me also had similar issues with her order.
What happened to this place? I used to come in and it was a great experience, recently it has changed. The steak selection has gone down drastically. When I walked in, I waited at the meat counter and got no service, I think this was because the music was so loud they didn't even notice I walked in. I wanted to keep on coming in because this place used to be my go to for the meat but I don't think I'll be back again.

Amazing place for fresh Burger pizza and food. May also meat and local beers and wines here. But the prepared and cooked food they have is remarkable. It's absolutely delicious. Your crispy brussel sprouts beef tips and empanadas mac and cheese balls clean bathroom tons of seats inside and outside I told you how good the food was that is the main reason why you come here so try it out, you will not be disappointed!
We went for lunch to try the fabulous burgers we saw online... Burgers were excellent. I ate the whole thing, which means they're not big. I usually eat half a burger. Onion rings were delicious. The staff was friendly tho during the noon we had to wait to buy meat. They have a large selection of wines and some fruits, vegetables, many prepared foods and some desserts.
Just spent $50 on three sandwiches, of which one was a BLT and pretty sad. They have been good in the past and I understand upping prices based on realistic expectations, but this was certainly the last time we order from here.
Decent meat selection but a disappointing and limited wine selection. If you live right around there it's probably worth checking out but not something to go out of your way for.
