When my friend told me that I actually wrote on Thirsty Cow, I was in disbelief because I didn't remember this KBBQ place locating right next to Costco in City of Industry. Apparently there was a fire destroying the Rowland Height building with the Thirsty Cow restaurant in July 2020 nbclosangeles.com/news/l… and the restaurant was reopened at this location on September 2021.[Parking]: The restaurant shares the same parking lot as Costco so good luck.[Wait]: I was in shock when my friend told everyone to meet at 4:30 PM on Saturday. I must say, I was thoroughly impressed! Although the parking situation can be a bit tricky at times, as it is shared with Costco, the food more than makes up for any inconvenience.First and foremost, the meats served at Thirsty Cow are of exceptional quality. Came on Wednesday for delicious aged meat. The quality of the meat is above all what you can eat. The 40 min waiting time is worth it. Very recommended to try this place. 5 star service today.

What can I say... everyone knows this place is bomb af. So it takes about 2 hours to get a table. But also, you should try AYCE hot pot. Seriously, go eat hot pot.
