This is by far the worst kebab I have ever had! I went to the restaurant at 4:30pm and saw a fresh doner kebab being prepared on the spit grill. However, instead of shaving the fresh meat for my order, the guy used some reheated meat from a bain Marie. When I got home and unwrapped the kebab, I found the meat to be inedible and it was clear that it had been reheated from the day before. The pitta bread was hard as a rock and the meat was tough and impossible to chew. I called the restaurant to express my disappointment, but was rudely dismissed. I will definitely not be returning to this place again.
During my band's visit to Thurso to commemorate the 140th anniversary of the Boys' Brigade, one of our younger pipers decided to grab lunch at this restaurant. Unfortunately, he found a hair in his food that did not belong to him. Despite politely bringing this to the attention of the staff, he was met with shouting, swearing, and rude behavior before being asked to leave the kebab shop. The customer service at this establishment definitely needs improvement before I would recommend it to anyone I know.
Initially, I rated this restaurant 3 out of 5, but upon further reflection, I realized it wasn't up to par. The burgers are mediocre, lacking in salad selection and sauce. The pizzas are average, not enough to make me want to return. The doner kebab meat is awful, and I will never order it again. What makes this place even worse is the high prices. I don't mind paying more for quality, but this place doesn't deliver.
We took the train from Inverness to Thurso to catch the ferry to Strombess from the little town Scrabster next to Thurso. We hired the best taxi tour ever, VISTRAVI.COM, to take us around for 3 hours to see the local area. Great driver, informative, friendly and punctual!

I like the guys in this takeaway but it doesn't make up for the poor overpriced food. Food is ALWAYS cold, poorly seasoned and served with who gives a duck attitude. Wont be back. Only themselves to blame. Thurso deserves better. You get what you put up with Thurso....
Horrible manager, found a black curly hair in my pizza and alerted him for him to start getting rude and proceed to throw the pizza and start swearing at us. I don’t even recommend this place to a rat.
Good selection, tasty, no nonsense, my regular takeaway. Fast delivery and good communicators . Friendly staff. Would recommend.
Mixed meat kebab just fell apart when picked up had to use knife and fork you don't eat a kebab like that not going again
