This location is closest to me, but I will continue to go to the Montebello one. I just feel like the past two times I’ve gone the customer service hasn’t been great at all. The cashier was very nice, but I was waiting extremely long for my drink. I got one of the most simple drinks on the menu : Other customers got their large, blended drinks before me which was strange. Multiple employees were just standing around speaking to each other and talking poorly about customers and it took the cashier to nicely ask them if my order was coming in order for it to be made. I appreciate her helping me and she was very kind but everyone else took away from that experience for me. I didn’t do anything...
The service at this restaurant has always been great, but lately they've been consistently running out of pastries. They close at 1am, so it's puzzling why this keeps happening. Unfortunately, the food only earns a 1 out of 5 rating.
I ordered the Mexican chocolate frappe and, as always, it was delicious. We also tried some cupcakes, both chocolate and strawberry, which were fresh and tasty. Overall, I would rate the food 5 out of 5.
This restaurant is better than Starbucks! The food is delicious and as a coffee enthusiast, I highly recommend it. I ordered a vanilla cold brew and it was amazing. 5/5 stars for the food!

After leaving a cowboy bar, we stumbled upon this quaint little café across the street. We decided to grab some coffee and hot chocolate to take home with us.
The coffee at this restaurant is excellent, but the service is a bit slow. They should focus on improving their customer service.
The menu is not very detailed, so it may not be the best choice for first-time visitors. Overall, it was just okay.
The Cafe Americano taste great.....but, it took them an hour to pour it for me. .... hence, a generous 3 stars ...
