The people are very nice and Service, it’s good. The big problem is that they use to open 9 am and Since COVID the change the hours and never get to the same that’s very unfortunate!!! I was hoping at least Christmas time they will open before 10 am. A lot of people come to the mall early to chill in the food cord and then wait for the stores to open or people who work in The Mall. They need this service very much!!!Covid is gone so at least open 930 so we can have coffee breakfast before starting work before starting shopping!!!!Open 930 please please please please!
pauline is horrible, she is always working cash and has the worst attitude. she has never been friendly to me or any of my staff who visit this location. she makes rude comments/remarks and always has a smug look on her face. just her alone deters me fromgoing here. as a fellow mall employee you would expect a bare minimum of respect but it?s never given. will be reaching out toupper management and hopefully have something done about her and her awful personality.

Tim's at Brantford Mall needs to open the other cashier. One cashier results in customer wait time of 3 to 8 minutes. I do not purchase anything if more than 3 people in line. Normal is 6 to 13 people. Ridiculous.
