We had heard that visiting Canada wouldn't be complete without stopping by Tim Hortons, so we decided to check it out on our last morning before heading back to the U.S. We were pleasantly surprised! In my opinion, it felt like a Starbucks but with a wider selection of food and fewer coffee options. My daughter ordered a bagel with cream cheese and declared it one of the best she's ever had (and she’s had plenty!). I chose a wrap filled with egg, sausage, and hash browns—it had a specific name, but unfortunately, I can't recall it. It tasted fresh with a nice little kick, which I really enjoyed. This location is NOT open 24 hours, I stopped by at 10:30pm and the dining room was closed. The drive thru was open but after going thru and getting my order wrong I had to return too the location and go back to the drive thru only to be told my order was made right. What a waste of time and money.
This is a fantastic restaurant, but what's up with the paper straws? Halfway through my Iced Capp in a plastic cup, I found myself using a soggy, mushy straw. If I'm going to be sucking on something, I want it to be sturdy and deliver a satisfying experience!
Horrible service, the lady at the counter was super rude and haughty. The food would have been good if it wasn't by the fact that they didn't warm it up properly. If you do a job that you don't want to do have the decency to put respect on Book a table now
I stopped in for breakfast and ordered the steak egg biscuit along with a couple of doughnuts. The staff was really friendly, even though it was pretty busy, and they served everyone their food quickly.
Waited 15 minutes to be told they were out of EVERY bagel. Perhaps you should update your food boards, so people don't waste their time in your ridiculously lines? Left with NOTHING. Again.
