It depends on the time you visit this particular Tim's, as the quality of food and drinks can vary significantly. Unfortunately, the service is often quite poor. I'm not sure how many stars to give because when it's good, it's really good, but when it's not, it's quite disappointing. The staff during those specific times often struggle with English and have difficulty understanding customers. They also seem unfamiliar with the menu, leading to incorrect orders and higher charges.
Sometimes when I place an order, it looks right on the screen, but there’s an error when I get to the window. I calmly point out the issue, and the staff handle it professionally. Mistakes happen, so it’s all good!

My father's coffee was cold, but mine was just right and steaming hot. As usual with Tim's, it's a great spot to grab a coffee and take a break.

Good Tim Hortons. They only were accepting cash at the drive thru the day i went in. Service was pretty friendly and quick inside.
