I semi frequently go to tim hortons but a different location, will not be visiting this location again. Service was terrible, I ordered a cold brew with regular cream and no sweetner. They added sweet cream, I politely asked them to remake it and didn't make a fuss, but I paid almost 4 dollars so yes I want it made right. The guy put up a fuss (I get it, it's annoying when customers want what they paid for) a lady remakes it. I sit down to where I'm not seen and they proceeded to start complaining about how my cold brew didn't have sweet cream. Just really bad attitude in general.
Last time I will goto this Tim’s, sick of people not doing their job correctly knowingly.Ordered a farmers wrap, waited 20mins for it.I heard the person making my wrap ask for more cheese. Open my wrap and it was missing the cheese.Honestly not a big deal if people genuinely forget. But she didn’t.99% of time I leave the store get 10 mins down the road and then figuring it and I beat she was banking on that.Refunded the whole order… btw they tried to refund me less than I paid. But it this point the other employee was stress so I understand that.
Wow. This is the most righteous Tim Hortons around other than ballentrae off 48. Friendly staff. Going over and beyond when the Tim Hortons app just simply doesn’t want to work. Keep it up certainly better than the other Tim Hortons in wasaga by walmart without a doubt.They just got steak recently at this Tim Hortons get it in your farmers wrap with bacon(the best combo) or sausage.. absolutely mind blowing!! Total thumbs up.

Dined in experience. I used the bathroom in this location. It was evident the mens washroom hasn't been properly cleaned in several weeks. The grime, dust, hair and stains everywhere was disgusting. Additionally, the dining room was dirty, the entrance door appeared to not have been cleaned in several days.
Trash place... they got 4 or 5 people working on drive thru , and 1 person working on front cash with over 20 ppl lined up...they only care about drive thru. Don't recommend this Tim's at all.
This is my favorite Tim Hortons! The coffee here is consistently excellent, and they never get it wrong when I go through the drive-thru. Thank you, everyone!
I just witnessed a server drop a coffee lid on the floor, pick it up, and put it back on the cup. Absolutely disgusting. Book a table now
Drive through is always quick coffee is fresh and the kids love the baked goods
