I inquired about gluten-free options on the menu, considering the possibility of cross-contamination. The waitress asked if I had Celiac disease and walked me through my choices. Although the options were quite limited, I was fine with that. There were four of us dining that day. When the waitress brought out the first round, she assured me that it was prepared specifically for me to avoid cross-contamination. She also informed everyone that if they touched her food and then reached for mine, it would no longer be safe for me to eat. Overall, my experience was excellent.
