I order a hot beverage 3-4 times a week. I would appreciate having a sleeve on the cup when it is handed to me through the window. I am particularly peeved when I order a donut or two and when I get them they are stuck to the side of the bag. Every. Single. Time. This is really annoying considering the time I've taken to choose a donut with a topping. Tims used to have wax paper, which the topping wouldn't stick. How about either doing that or offering the customer to have the donuts in a box for a nominal charge?
This place is horrible now, 20 minutes for a sausage sandwich with no egg, one person working everything, even when theres multiple people its still equally as slow, just want to clarify this is the last place i go for breakfast because everytime i do its a horrible experience. Waited at the counter for several minutes while staff stared and ignored us.... blank looks. Eventually someone came to take orders once the line up was several people deep. I showed up at 830pm and they didn't have a single donut or timbit left...isn't that the point of a coffee donut shop
