I would not recommend getting coffee at this restaurant. The service was awful - after I placed my order, the staff were searching frantically for 10 minutes before realizing they didn't have enough cold brew to make my coffee. They then ended up canceling the rest of my order. When I asked for a refund for the cold brew, I was told I couldn't wait because there were too many people in line. The place is very dirty and in need of an immediate inspection.

If I could give you 0 Stars I would. I waited in line tonight for half an hour both girls working ignored everybody standing in line I just wanted a muffin so I finally got fed up and went down to the one on Market Street was in and out of their doors in less than 2 minutes what a joke.
I order a coffee and two donuts earlier. One Villina and honey dipped and they have me two homey dipped. Then messes up my coffee I said 3 milk 4 sugar and they did triple triple with milk.. seriously horrible Tim's ever.. should have gone to the one across from the civic Center Book a table now
I am unsure of what is going on at this restaurant. Are they truly focused on customer service? One of the staff members appeared extremely careless when I requested a new napkin after he spilled on me. Show some respect to customers, especially those who are respectful to you!
Been there through alot of my all night escapades when I need a cup of caffeine or liquid sugar to keep me going. The 24 hour go to if you ask me. And the staff are usually super nice.
the drinks they made are always different. do not follow a proper standard. the biebs brewing drink was not at all like the advertised image.
