I had breakfast at this restaurant and requested our sandwiches to be extra roasted. Unfortunately, they arrived just the regular way, not roasted at all. We asked for them to be cooked again, but when they were brought back, the server suggested we place our order twice next time. I informed him that I had actually done that, and he walked away. It’s becoming increasingly hard to find proper order fulfillment and good customer service these days, but this experience was truly exceptional in a negative way.
We placed our order and noticed some issues. When we politely asked for corrections, the manager rudely told us, "there's nothing we can do," while yelling about the staff's efforts in the background. It wasn't even busy at the time. To make matters worse, we left without the chips we had ordered.
The place has been under new management for a while now and WOW! What a difference that has made. The coffee is always hot and fresh no matter what time I stop by. Almost always has some type of donut left and made to order breakfast all day! We love our Timmy’s!
The dining room at 418/22 is now open! I'm not sure for how long, but this is my first visit since before Covid. I ordered a sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit along with a hash brown, and it was hot and delicious! It's great to be back.

The Tim Hortons on Wilson is fantastic! The employees are always very friendly, and the manager is truly the best!
