This place is fantastic! Unlike other Tim Hortons locations in Rochester, the staff here consistently prepares your coffee just the way you like it, whether it's the right amount of cream, espresso, or syrup. I really wanted to express my appreciation for their excellent service. Enjoy your coffee!
3 sandwiches ordered and the dame on the sandwich station was on their phone and also loud enough to be heard from every corner of the restaurant. over all services sucked beside the guy who took the order. but I will never go back. I give a 0/5 stars for this place
THIS IS THE BEST ONE. Unlike all the other Tim's in Rochester, these guys always get your coffee right (asking for certain numbers of cream or expresso or syrups), they always get it right. I just wanted to share my appreciation for them. Happy coffee drinking!
very disappointed by their service and never cleaned the men's toilet. the müllcontainer look 100 years old. only good for the drive-thru. If a food inspector inspects this place, they will stop their services. I didn't recommend it to anyone for this place. Book a table now
Went to this location didn't have anything that I wanted on the menu but it's on the menu why would you advertise it if it's not on available unbelievable! And waited 15mins and I was the only one in there!
Every time I go through the drive thru Kenny is normally the one to take my order. He is very polite and takes care of my order well. He deserves a red shirt or a raise. He always does a marvelous job!
