Tim Hortons - Table reservation

I almost next to never write reviews. One of the reasons is because I've worked in the service industry and I remember my bad days so I don't bother. I've have to come to Owen Sound a couple times recently lately for work and have stayed in both of the hotels across the street and most mornings stop in for coffee. Every time I go I seem to get the same lady and every time some way some how I get attitude from her. Lady, I'm sorry you live in Owen Sound and work is limited and your life choices put you in a position where your choices are limited but man why so much attitude, I'm just getting coffee and leaving. Toilets are always dirty ,that's in nearly all the Tim Hortons visited in all areas not just local.i know a lot of people go in them but I think they should be checked frequently to keep them clean and making sure paper is in the stalls as more often than not it's empty.

It seems everytime I go to this Tom Hortons after hours, the night staff claims that toasters or machines are broken, yet during the day there is no issue. Sounds a lot like they've cleaned everything early and are sacrificing customer service for laziness.

We had to wait to get our Turkey Melts, new girl in training. Manager apologized and asked us to choose a dessert free- pecan tarts- it was worth the short wait.

Stopped in for a quick lunch a few days ago. Friendly staff, clean venue and fresh food. Located near downtown with some parking onsite.
