The worst Yum Cha place ever! The waitstaff was incredibly unprofessional, yelling at customers when they messed up orders, which was a frequent occurrence. They seemed to have no system in place and didn’t ask us what we wanted. The portions were also very stingy, with barely enough food in each basket. I will never return to this restaurant, and I find it unacceptable that they raised their voices in front of my children, especially on my daughter's birthday!
I had a poor experience at this Chinese restaurant. The crab we ordered was not fresh, and the dishes were small and lacked flavor. There was no value for the price, the quality was lacking, and the service was disappointing. Overall, it was the worst dining experience I've had. I wouldn't even spend a dollar there again.
This restaurant has truly awful customer service. Customers have to remind them about their orders every 30 minutes. The waitstaff even resorted to personal insults, including inappropriate language and remarks like "go back to China."
Extremly slow service. Food tastes great but its cold. Walked into yum cha at 12.10pm. Left at 12.40pm after only 3 trolleys. Book a table now
The Cantonese cuisine was delightful, featuring what seemed to be upscale dishes.
