Having reserved a table for four on the evening of the 8th March in the restaurant Tinguaro, we were really looking forward to our visit. Our friends had been there several times and recommended it, so we joined them for the evening. We sat outside on the terrace for pre-dinner drinks. No-one asked if any more were required and we were never asked to be seated inside at our table. We made our own way to the table and eventually ordered our wines and meals. There was only one other couple in the restaurant but the service was incredibly slow. Only three of us ordered starters which were well presented and appetizing. The wines, red and white did not appear until the main course which was over...
this is a really fantastic hotel! the rooms are beautifully decorated and furnished, in modern style. all staff are so welcoming and friendly. large pool with views from the pool terrace over the city and the harbour. the restaurant is located under stunning tropical gardens, they can eat in or out, on a shaded terrace. the restaurant eating is great, a rich breakfast buffet and good choices also in the evening menu. We love it and would recommend for a quiet and relaxing, luxurious holiday!
Lugar escondido a la vista de cualquiera... Maravilloso lugar donde podemos encontrar una iglesia anglicana, rodeada de lugares dónde hacer ejercicio al aire libre. En su parque, disponemos de una amplia vista geodésica, donde podemos ver la parte casi total del puerto de la cruz... Así como existen cascadas, fuentes, jardines donde hacer fotos con los niños y después tomar algo en su quiosco, donde los atenderán amablemente... Lo recomiendo
Fuimos a pasar el día a Puerto De la Cruz y no queríamos comer en el típico sitio de turistas y sin duda acertamos. Este sitio está un poco “escondido” y me pareció ideal. Comimos en la preciosa terraza muy tranquilos ya que apenas había gente. Pedimos ensalada con ventresca, papas arrugadas, croquetas y coulant. Estaba todo exquisito y el personal fue muy amable. Además me pareció muy barato. Se lo recomendaré a todo el mundo.

We found this place after trying a nearby restaurant only to find it had shut down. What a happy accident that turned out to be! The food here was excellent, the best of our trip so far. Gazpacho and bread were amazing and our main of paella was one of the best we've had. Service was attentive too. We found it great value for money too. Highly recommended.
El parque un lugar maravilloso, la pena es el poco cuidado que se le dispensa y aún así se mantiene limpio, la gente pasea, con sus niños , con sus mascotas, hace deporte, se reúnen sobre el césped, disfrutan de un entorno inigualable con una temperatura que invita a salir y simplemente dejarse llevar
Siempre acertamos cuando vamos al Tinguaro. En esta ocasión también lo fue. Hicimos una comida familiar y salió estupendamente. Nos encanta tanto la terraza como el interior. La comida es bastante buena y el servicio es excepcional. Volveremos en breve.
Fue una comida espectacular. Tanto el lugar como el servicio y la comida. No sabría decir k plato m gustó más y los postres también están a la altura. Una parada obligatoria si vas x tenerife
