We came here tonight hoping it would be the same place it was before it changed owners. I had never been, but my hubby had and said it was great. He now says it's definitely gone downhill. I was actually surprised at how busy Tobaki got by the time we left because we wouldn't go back there again.  Pros:  - We were served by a nice young man who had a subtle but constant smile on his face. - For 25.50pp all you can eat, the price is pretty good. - Some of the meat was marinated and the marinade was nice. - They had self-serve kimchi which was nice. Cons:  - The restaurant itself is too open. This is a problem because they serve uncovered pre-cooked dishes. I saw the worke...

Everything was terrible in this restaurant!!!!! Terrible food, terrible service and terrible experience. A couple of months ago, I had their food was fine. But now they seem to change the supplier of meat, the quality was REALLY bad and awful. And, the beef steak was still frozen in the freezer. About the service, the owner arranged his son to be waiter, I think that's fine. But he is not wearing uniform and unfriendly. He ignored what customer want and played mobile games on the chair. He didn't refill the food and plate until I told him. I thought the owner didn't take his business too seriously.  I was feel so upset and disappointed. I will never go back, again. EVER!! Hi foodies! Since dining at Tobaki I no longer visit Little Lamb. I am a meat lover and this joint caters to my appetite. Endless platters of various cuts of beef, pork, chicken and prawns cooked on a charcoal grill. Yum! Rating 5 16/10/2016 I recently returned to Tobaki and found a different proprietor and all the familiar waiters had gone. The quality of the meat has dropped slightly and the prawns were small with darkened heads. And the fresh fruit platters have been removed. Three waiters have been replaced by 1 inexperienced waiter. The owner/chef doubles as the cashier and backup waiter. I had to repeatedly ask her to replenish the meat trays. Rating reduced to 3.5 PS: It's Mapo Kore... Book a table now

This restaurant has been running quite a few years. The success is its theme of rustic presentation. No nice set up but there is a theme of eating street-food. Using charcoal is an important factor for BBQ rather than providing some update infra-red stove for the selling point of "healthy". Price is cheap comparing to the quality of meat provided. Serivce is attentive with regular changing of the used wire gauze. It is a clever method of trading. No particular technque, no fancy set-up but providing the rustic good quality of meat with hopsitable service.

If you're a huge meat lover and can turn a blind eye, this place would be paradise. We saw a cockroach roam between the sauces. The owner didn't look very friendly and the whole restaurant looked really run down. The hotbox looked sad and was filled with unauthentic korean "hot" dishes such as cocktail spring rolls, fish fingers and boiled frozen veges. There wasn't much ambience and I for sure will not be back. At 28.50 per person, i'd much rather spend the $1 extra and go to hanwoori in the city.

I would steer well clear of this place. At $28.50 per head, I had two bowls of steamed rice as I think it's the only thing I felt somewhat safe eating. The place was filthy, the tables were falling apart creating a huge health risk in its own right and if the meat didn't look dodgy enough, the hot plates would not get hot enough to cook most of the stuff through without considerable time. The health inspectors need a good hard look at this place. If only you could rate it a zero!!!

Worst food in brisbane. NOTHING is kept warm. And the 'prawns'? Taste like they have been frozen and defrosted 20 times. Close to the worse prawns we have ever had. The fact everything was cold made it taste so awful. The meat to cook yourself was VERY average. Will never ever go back not even for $5 a person let alone $28.50 Give us our money back you grubs. Ugh. Book a table now

What's wrong with it? It was a nice place to hang out with friends. Now everything is down, bad food, terrible meat and service, the table corner is falling apart , it takes risks to injury customers, gas stove looks lack of maintain. I can't believe they still rising the price. $28.50 per head...
