Like the other reviews mention, the employees here are extremely RUDE and have nasty attitudes. I came in to quickly buy some chips and waters and the lady didn 't know how to operate the card machine. she was just staring at me standing there so l asked a couple times if it went through and then she started laughing at me with her coworker and told me I was nervous and to stop . Then she proceeded to shake her head and very overtly roll her eyes at me.When I told her I didn 't appreciate that she started literally SCREAMING. It was such a bizarre experience and I have also contacted corporate about this as well.
after i wasted 50 dollars and i asked for a cup of ice one of the employees asked her co worker, (short lady, with dark eyebrows) said no. then my sister asked for napkins and the guy with extremely messy hair responded to her in a rude way and told her to wait they’re busy. RUDE RUDE WORKERS HERE! even the new employees here seems to get the rude attitude this is not the first time they give me and family that nasty attitude and they seem to never have pastrami.
Best togo's ever. I've been coming here for 15 years always satisfied and happy. The staff (Tania, Fili, Jenny) has largely been the same all these years and they are wonderful and personable and I always look forward to their great service.
I've been a customer for years and just discovered that they carry my favorite bread from Giuliano’s Bakery. I love the #8 with Swiss cheese and a side of Italian dressing to drizzle on top. Their brownies are fantastic too!

Ordered online. Supposed to be ready for pick up in 15 minutes. Gave them 18 minutes for 1 Italian sandwich and still not ready. Not busy at all, only 1 customer inside at 11.30am. Terrible customer service as well.
The staff was very rude while preparing our sandwiches! After spending $50 for my husband, myself, and our three kids, we were told that the bathrooms were not available for customers.
This is a fantastic spot. The staff are excellent and truly make you feel like the top priority. Both the food and the service are outstanding.
I ordered the Italian 9” sandwich. The dressing was hardly noticeable. It was a bit expensive, but quite filling.

Great place, always satisfying. Only Bummer is they don't have spinach but otherwise they make a great sammich.
