The food was good. What I liked the most was the customer service. Poy the girl who served us made sure that we are comfortable, that our requirements were met successfully. The staff was so friendly. I could recommend Thai stencil for anyone. An update today-04/10/2019 Today I got delivered our dinner through Thai Stencil. The food was packed in such a way that it was very presentable, the food was delicious too. The beauty was it was still nice hot. To tell you the truth it didn’t take that long at all. The delivery was done well too. Thank you Thai Stencil, looking forward for more home deliveries.
After several visits, we can confidently say that this restaurant serves truly authentic Thai cuisine. The vegetables and seafood are always fresh, and the cooking is exceptional. While the wait times can be longer than anticipated, the wait is definitely worth it as the dishes are made to order. Additionally, you can request varying levels of spiciness, with the highest level being quite hot.
Thai stencil was quite a surprise. The decor had me worried being slightly in the 90 's but the food was amazing! Beef and braised pork belly alike was falling apart with a spoon! One of the only downsides was being left alone way to long, never thought I would miss a waiter saying 'how 's the food? ' While having a face full of food.
I highly recommend this restaurant if you want to try authentic Thai food. The flavors are genuine and the atmosphere and service are great. The taste is a perfect balance, suitable for both Thais and foreigners who may not be able to handle much spice. The staff are also very nice. I would definitely recommend it.

Great new local Thai place, reasonably priced, tasty food and open late on Sunday 10:30pm. Had Red beef curry, Garlic chicken and thai milk tea. Rice is unlimited which was nice and the milk teas were surprisingly good (better than milk tea stores in my opinion). Available on Menu Log if you are feeling lazy
Food was great, we had a fried rice and a chili basil noodle and both tasted really good. They even provided a complementary appetiser which was unexpected, yet really good. The taste was unique and different to what we have had in almost all other thai places. Service was great!!
I had an amazing experience at Kang Thalay. It was the best curry I have ever tasted. The seafood was incredibly fresh and perfectly cooked. Thank you for preparing such delicious food for me. I am currently in Thailand and enjoying every moment of it.
Me and my wife dined at this beautiful thai restaurant last night. The food has really good authentic thai flavour and made fresh. We absolutely loved it and will certainly come back for more. Their customer service was excellent too

Taste is unique from most thai restaurants in Sydney, it is just a perfect adjustment of the taste that's suitable for thais and foreigners who not able to eat much spicy, also nice staffs. I would highly recommend.
Delicious Thai food. Friendly staff. It was quite full for a Tuesday evening. We ordered Jungle Curry with rice and Pad Se Ew. Definitely recommended!
