It was a lovely restaurant. The only reason it didn't get 5 stars all round is because it was my birthday and when we went in the restaurant was not busy but they place us in a dark area of the restaurant. In the middle by a wall which felt like we we were dumped there by the first young girl that served us. We asked to move and was asked if we have a booking. I said yes and quickly booked a table. When they checked the system only then did they open the whole back of the restaurant and put us in a decent area where it was more scenic. Have already left a review prior to receiving this request ... so, same info. Such a shame that the fine location and good food was spoiled by the inexcusably poor service. The staff were pleasant enough but there just weren't enough of them, and adding a hefty service charge to the bill just adds insult to injury Having read through a whole series of reviews, this appears to be a recurring problem at this establishment, which means that the explanation we received on Saturday is probably somewhat questionable. With so much choice in the vicinity, we wont be back.
We came here in March, and the weather was freezing cold, so thought it would be nice to come back on a sunny day, so we could appreciate the view. The meal was lovely and the service good. My only complaint is the 12.5% service charge. I feel that it is upto the customer to leave the tip they want, also I would be interested to know if the staff get 100% of the tip But overall I would recommend this restaurant
Enjoyed very much our family Saturday night meal marking brothers 18th birthday . Table was surprisingly greeted by balloons ,candles and fresh flower pots ,made extra special feeling for our meal . Myself with my husband went for stake ,midium rare ,even few days after talked about how yammi that was ,absolutely nourish .

As soon as i walked in, i was greeted with a lovely dirty look from a waitress with blonde hair and foreign accent. Not appreciated in the slightest as it was an evening with my colleagues (who also caught site of this). As a result of this the (optional) gratuity was not paid on our bill. However the food was delightful
Lovely restaurant with good food. Wine menu limited but okay. A little expensive for casual dining but such a super location when weather is good so worth it. We went back for cocktails the following afternoon! This is our go-to restaurant when we are in this area.
Came here for a business meeting and had requested a quiet table which (a) they sorted out, behind a curtained area but (b) it's not a manically busy place, or certainly not on a Friday lunchtime. Nice staff, good range of food, would go back.
Lovely food. Good value for money. I did book however for a Friday night it was quiet so not actually necessary.
