The food at this restaurant is very good... delicious in fact... but the restaurant needs better management. It is very expensive with the price point of some 5 star restaurants, but the service/ambiance/cleanliness does not match a 5 star restaurant. I ordered a cocktail from their cocktail menu list (one of their signature drinks) but was told that they did not have all of the ingredients. My friend went to the restroom and afterwards told them there were no paper towels in the restroom to dry her hands. I went to the restroom about 3 minutes later. Two rolls of paper towels had been placed on the counter (still in the paper towel plastic wrappings), but there was toilet paper on the floor...
Friday before the day of the day. while the rest of the East-Pattogue was very crowded, not so much here. eating was very good, I have eaten paella so often that I have not ordered it anymore. I had a chance here and was so glad that I did it. seafood were tender, rice was moist, but not soggy, flavored directly. possibly the best paella I have eaten. 3 tapas as apps and all were tasty, tender and made to order. server was attentive, competent and sweet as sugar. excellent last minute choice for an unexpected date at night with my honey. do not miss this place.
Went the Friday before Memorial Day. While the rest of east patchogue was very crowded, not so much here. Food was very good, I’ve eaten Paella so often I’ve stopped ordering it. Took a chance here and was so glad I did. Seafood was tender, rice was moist but not soggy, seasonings right on. Possibly the best paella I’ve eaten. 3 tapas as apps and all were tasty, tender, and made to order. Server was attentive, competent, and sweet as sugar. Excellent last minute choice for an unexpected date night with my honey. Don’t miss this place.
We were in from out of town and opted for tapas. Toro was amazing! Every small plate was meticulously prepared. The drinks were excellent. And, our server was incredible he was personable, gave great recommendations and showed up at just the right moments to check in with our table. He enhanced the overall dining experience! I highly recommend Toro Tapas Tequila! We’ll be back!

Came here for a night out with my fiancée. Service was very good. There was a large party in the dining area and we sat in the back but never felt as if we were forgotten. Tried the sliced meat plate and octopus (excellent) for an appetizer. Then had the meat paella which was fantastic. Lastly, coconut flan for dessert. What a nice gem in Patchogue. Will definitely come back.
What a great dinner and experience overall! Manager Shawn and Gabby our server were so attentive throughout our dinner. Amazing food, amazing vibe and incredible night at Toro! Recommend the meatballs and any one of the crowuetas. Awesome presentation and equally amazing flavor!
We had a very nice time! I tried octopus for the first time-it was delicious! Soul Purpose of Long Island was playing dance music-it was a great time!! It is a really nice place and the staff is very friendly!
