I tried Toss 'Em Wing Factory for the first time last night and ordered through DoorDash. The dasher texted me saying they were still at the restaurant waiting for the food, so with that delay, I certainly didn't expect to receive raw chicken. Every piece was completely undercooked. In one of the photos, you can see a thin white ring between the breading and the raw chicken, and there is a substantial chunk of uncooked meat. It was a terrible first experience, and dishes like this could easily lead to serious food poisoning.
I visited this restaurant recently and was quite disappointed. Considering the prices, I had expected much better quality. The wings were average—on the dry side and lacking flavor. They're just okay, but why pay for something that's merely okay? I left a fair 3-star review on Yelp, and the business owner asked me to reach out to customer support via email. I did so, but received no response. I even followed up, and still nothing. So much for customer support.

The chicken was bland, and the fries were soggy, but I didn't think much of it at the time. However, the next morning, I experienced diarrhea, vomiting, and even a slight fever. I would strongly advise against eating here unless you want to end up with an upset stomach.

I was really looking forward to trying this place, especially since they offer veggie wings, but unfortunately, our order was wrong. Ordering from Toss Em Wing Factory through Grub Hub was very easy. The wings were ready upon my arrival and tasted really great. The menu offers a delicious variety that’s definitely worth trying.
I ordered through Uber Eats and initially had trouble locating the restaurant, but it turns out they operate under the name Bubbakoo's Burritos. The food was fantastic. Thank you!
