The biggest disappointment I've experienced from 2023 into 2024. I went there for New Year's Eve, paying $120 per person. The so-called "buffet" had very few options, and there wasn’t nearly enough food for the large crowd. By the time I made it through the line, all that was left were a few soggy slices of pizza and some sliders that had already been handled by others. Yes, that is a picture of the sad slice of pizza I got. The open bar was average at best, offering only well drinks and no shots. The bathrooms were a disaster, overflowing with empty drinks and leftover food. Overall, it was a complete waste of money.
The customer service is TOP NOTCH and the food is equal to their service! ? I've dined in the restaurant a few times and ordered delivery many times. Tonight I ordered via Uber Eats and the driver snatched the pizza! The restaurant was incredibly nice on the phone and not only resent out my pizza, they sent another one as an apology even though it wasn't their fault. The nice little hand written note on the box was a nice touch too ? THANK YOU!!
the happy hour here is excellent which is why i came back a second time! however, both times i came in here, the staff was not helpful and very rarely checked on me. i almost ordered another beer, but the bartender took so long i lost interest.
The pizza is consistently delicious, and Alex, the bartender, is a true professional. It's always a pleasure to encounter a bartender who truly knows their craft.
