After a negative experience in the past where they had run out of chips, I decided to give this restaurant another chance. Unfortunately, the pork in my meal was tough and rubbery, definitely not pork in my opinion. I struggled to finish half of it and was disappointed. The chips were hard and crispy, as if they had been refried multiple times. I only ate three before discarding the rest. Sadly, I will not be returning to this restaurant.
We have ordered many times before with no issues, this evening we ordered a sausage dinner for our son, chicken fried rice and a carton of curry for myself and barbecue spare ribs and a portion of fried rice for my wife. Unfortunately the portion of fried rice smelt burnt. I phoned to complain and it was replaced without question within 10 minutes. Great service.
Treasure City as a lot of takeaways have been forced to close with the COVID19 They have totally transformed the whole inside whilst the closure was on, totally refurbish new signage.. noticed as living near The food is now amazing it’s definitely the best Chinese in St Helens
absolutely amazing authentic Chinese meal like the English dishes I will go to say the best special fried rice that I had in the area of stealing, this establishment would highly recommend clean smart and friendly service with reasonable waiting times and prices. Book a table now
first time to visit here. a few chips when I worked a late layer. they are beautiful. the small part could easily be fed by us 3. will definitely come back and try something else.
Not accepting card for food orders under £15.. The fact that we are in a pandemic and people are actively being encouraged to hand cash over is very disappointing.
Had a lovely meal for 2 from here last night, quality food, arrived Hot and within stated time, would highly recommend.
