18:25h 3 items ordered. Delivery time was specified with 45 minutes. The order arrived only at 19:49h, almost 1.5h later. I called the delivery service, I was told it was Sunday, a lot going on, and 30 more orders to deliver. With all understanding, but if you already know that Sunday is more going on, you should simply plan more staff or adjust the delivery time. If you are not able to do this, you should perhaps reconsider your profession again!? I was really upset and I won't order here anymore! Not recommended! Update from 17.08.2021: I called the restaurant after the order had not arrived after 1 hour, the restaurant did NOT contact me, that is a lie!!
Order by Deliveryando and 30 minutes later randomly discovered that the order was canceled. a call revealed that it was too much so it was not possible to deliver our order. the money came back. the way of winding is absolutely not in order. for such purposes, a telephone number is specified when ordering. If we had not seen the cancellation in the browser, we would have waited for nothing. so we cannot evaluate the quality of feed. will not happen in the future, as we will no longer place an order here.
Today about Deliverando order delicious pizza and pasta via deliveryando. Without a hi by the driver, several times this would be a way of 10-15 km too far (why do you offer the delivery to lieferando then? Food was very hot, so it can't be too far away!?
