In short, I stayed here for one night I thought I had booked it for four nights at a good price but it turned out I had actually booked the Novotel in York England by mistake (which I also had then tp pay a night's no show fee on). OK, I made the mistake but the staff were super unsympathetic when I asked if they could give me a more favourable price than the $350 a night they wanted to charge me. I could only afford one night and it ruined the rest of the trip. That said I did get a high room with a view for that one night and the hotel itself is nice, close to the transit and in a good area. I visited this restaurant for the Winterliciuos 2020 deal (Jan.31 to Feb 13). It's a small dim light restaurant with some modern decor. Located next to the lobby of Novotel hotel. I ordered the Pureed Cauliflower and Potatoes soup...mmm delish. Followed by the Maple Glazed Chicken. It was served on top of a Barley Rosto with pureed pumpkin. And for dessert Apple Blossom Pie. Although it came with icecream, I opt out because I'm too lactose. Overall I enjoyed myself. The only thing is they dont give you bread with your meal anymore. You have to pay $4

Comfortable and totally sufficient for a night’s stay. The room was clean and I had a great sleep even close to the elevators. Very nice housekeeping staff and a special shout-out to Sanam at the front desk who was super helpful. Underground parking is easy to access without hassle. Would stay again if in North York.
I’m so happy during my stay. Room is neat and clean. Pleasant and helpful staffs. I checked out after 2 days of stay, unfortunately my car didn’t start and Mr. Sanam help me heartily. Thank you Mr. Sanam your help very much appreciated.
Went last Friday for early breakfast with coworkers at Trio Restaurant. They serve buffet style and it was amazing and delicious! Our server Adam was very professional but friendly and funny. I strongly recommend it.
It used to be good, but the last time I went there for breakfast the eggs were cold and they did not have a sign indicating their interact was down. Most reputable places will have a sign if interact is down.

We have had breakfast here a few times as it was included with Hôtel room. Croissants Variety including chocolat could be improved if allowed to raise more before baking.
Went for Winterlicious during lunch with a friend and we both enjoyed the experience. We absolutely will come back for sure!
