I frequently order from this restaurant for both pickup and delivery, although the delivery is handled through DoorDash, not directly by Tropical Smoothie. The food is consistently delicious, regardless of the day or time. This week, I had a delivery mishap where a DoorDash driver stole my order. However, Jeff, the manager, was incredibly helpful and offered to remake my order for me when I came in next. When I visited today, he and his team were very kind and apologetic about what had happened, and I was truly impressed with their customer service. I will definitely continue to return to this location!
I’m sick to my stomach. They remade both my sandwiches TWiCE and then I went back inside to get the other things they forgot. I ate my sandwich in front of the store in my car and it’s was very very cold but I had already walked in too many times. No one offered anything to compensate for the hassle. Now I’m just praying they don’t work with raw chicken. This location is horrible. Normally this is my favorite place to eat. This is the second bad experience at this location.
I walked in, and the staff immediately started smirking and whispering among themselves. They didn’t greet me at the door or ask if I needed anything. It mainly involved a girl with braids. I felt so uncomfortable that I didn’t even place an order; I just walked out. I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but their behavior was incredibly rude and disrespectful. They definitely won't be seeing me again.
Just got my wrap, a thai chicken wrap, it is half the normal size, this doesn't make a meal AND it has no dressing on it! What happened there? Such a disappointing meal. And this was me giving tropical smoothie cafe a last shot after I found a black hair in my wrap last time (I'm blonde so definitely not mine).

Extremely disappointed!!! I ordered the peanut butter cup …. And they couldn’t get the proportions correctly so kept adding ice and water to my smoothie … I ended up paying almost $10 for water with a slight chocolate taste. Disgusting
It's a fantastic spot for a quick breakfast smoothie, conveniently located near a place I visit for work. I really enjoy coming here!
I went to this place and waited for 10 minutes to place an order. Slow and bad customer service ? Left.
