This is my favorite place! The acai berry boost is fantastic and serves as a healthy alternative to meat. They offer a wide range of substitutions to enhance your smoothie and you can even add a variety of supplements! I absolutely love the peanut butter crunch flatbread, which is categorized under breakfast but is delicious at any time of day. Make sure to try it with the Peanut Butter Paradise smoothie with whey protein for some excellent savings. They have every kind of fruit you can think of for your smoothie!
We just ordered some sandwiches and received them with raw meat. Upon returning, we noticed there were small children, seemingly around 10 years old, working in the kitchen. I saw the owner’s response, but I don't think you fully grasp the situation. These young children appeared to be trying to cook at your restaurant, and we were served raw chicken. You need to address this issue immediately. If we come back and they're still there, we will have no choice but to contact the authorities.
This is a location that I typically visit frequently. Today I took my mother there for lunch, the service all across the board was poor! None of the employees had hairnets, company shirts, or gloves on while preforming their duties. The food was mediocre at best but the main issue was the early 2000 's R&B that was blaring through the establishment on a cheap Bluetooth speaker. It doesn 't match the esthetic of a tropical smoothie lol.
Additionally, I saw one employee on their cell phone while preparing smoothies, which I found unsanitary. It's off-putting to think that they were touching their phone and then directly handling my food without any gloves. The staff also lacked friendliness, which made the overall experience less enjoyable. Due to these hygiene issues, I don’t think I will return to this restaurant.

Not having great experiences with food this week... person making food left cheese paper in the wrap....wth. Also, this store has been struggling in the mornings with good help. The one constant girl... wish I knew her name, who was left to handle it ALL...ALONE! Kills it! SHE IS AWESOME.
Tropical Smoothie is fantastic! However, I found the portion size for the corn I ordered as an extra to be ridiculous. I can barely see the bowl's bottom, and it only took me two bites to finish it! It's unbelievable to pay extra for such a tiny amount… shaking my head!
Mocha Madness is my favorite restaurant, but I've tried others and they are all quite good. The staff could improve by being more welcoming and greeting customers with a smile. The location is convenient, and the interior is clean.
The cashier had a bright and bubbly personality, our smoothies were served quickly, and the facility was clean. My friends and I got peanut butter protein smoothies and they were delicious!
