I have been a regular at this tropical smoothie for a long time and have had plenty of fairly nice experiences. But one day I placed an order through the mobile app for pick up one morning but it was not fulfilled. Management scheduled a young associate to open the store without proper training all by themselves and was not able to follow through with my order. So I left the store without my smoothie and meal that morning. I understood the associate was unprepared, but when I asked for a refund they promised they will do that. It has been a month and I have been asking many times and leaving messages but still no refund. Also manager is never in the store.
I had a wonderful experience thanks to your charming and helpful staff member, Leticia. I believe she stands out as the best among your team. In my visits to other stores, I haven't encountered anyone who offers such excellent service. My advice to the store owner is to truly appreciate and value employees like her.
There’s a big glob of peanut butter In my peanut butter cup I never come to this one because it always smells like a wet mop in there but I gave it a chance and was not pleased with my food. There was also a piece of hair in chipotle chicken ranch

Went to use the bathroom and there was blood on the floor, and used tooth flossers jammed into the toilet paper roll. No soap either. GROSS
The staff could benefit from a warmer attitude or at least an attempt to appear more engaged and welcoming.
