I was last night and I'll tell you that. my order was great. up there was almost 10 o'clock. I live near, so I drove my bike. on the way out of the load. I realized that my bike had been stolen from a man who picked up his job before mine was finished. a young lady named amy went far and over help to get from her manager and police by phone. She was so wonderful. I just wanted to thank this young lady a big one and will definitely come back. eating and smoothie rock again amy rock’s too. tropical smoothie is happy to have her as hired
It's late at night, drove to Tropical Smoothie to order food to go. Walk into the restaurant and noticed how clean it was, it looked like a clean fairy magical cleaned it. The customer service was even amazing. Allyson was polite and friendly. The foodwas good, I also placed an order for a smoothie with my meal. I order the Peanut butter paradise smoothie, which includes peanutbutter and banana. They could have a least put either more peanut butter or not so much banana. Other than that way to goTropical, keep up the good work
We were the only customers at the restaurant and we went through the drive through on our work break and were sitting there for 15-20 min waiting for 2 sandwiches and 1 smoothie. Once we finally got our food the smoothie was completely watered down and thechicken pesto some how was burnt but also very cold in the middle. Cheese wasn?t melted, they didn?t add the pepper jack that Ipaid extra for, and the quesadilla was missing the sauce. I usually love trop but I will never be back at this location
Worst tropical smoothie location consistently. Being a business in the area myself I try over and over to give this TS another chance but I'm always let down. They literally never make my food right and it always takes at least 20 minutes, even when they're slow. The owner clearly doesn't care about who he hires because it's always some barely legal teenager with a terrible attitude. .

Finally, a load that made my drink right for the first time; no 15 minutes wait for it to be re-made with posture. this business was very clean and tidy with a beautiful size lobby. this had a trip thru but they can also order in and. the two employees I met were pleasant and friendly, in contrast to some shops I met further north.
the line was not long (in the running gear thru), but it took to get our smoothies. but the type in the window was so helpful that I had a free smoothie on my app and I could not come to it. he asks if he could help and I gave him my phone. he found it immediately scanned and we were on the way! great customer site!
smoothie was good but the customer service was not. server got grouchy about customers showing up an hour before close. would be understandable if closer to closing. slammed drive through door AND dropped my change with no apology. i'm taking my service to a different location. invest in more capable employees
I wanted to share... My order was not made correct, but the manager from the park blvd location, Laura, made it right and the food and smoothies were outstanding! I appreciated the managers customer service and will definitely continue being a regular customer!!!

This is always a good place to go for food or smoothies. I love they're smoothies. They are short staffed however they get you served with a smile. One of my favorite spots to hit. Enjoy ?
