This restaurant desperately needs more staff and significant management improvements. If I could rate just my experience, I'd give it one star. However, the employees truly deserve five stars for their hard work, especially during a hectic lunch rush with online, takeaway, and dine-in orders. There were only two staff members hustling to keep up with customer demands, and it was clear they were doing their best. This experience was disappointing, especially since I usually enjoy Tropical Smoothie. Unfortunately, this particular location has a persistent unpleasant odor every time I visit and could really use a thorough cleaning. The staff who assisted me today seemed quite young, possibly still in high school. They made my food and smoothie right in front of me but didn’t appear to focus on preparing them properly. They were also on their phones and snacking behind the counter while customers were present, which was unprofessional and inattentive. I really hope the manager addresses this issue, especially since it was a busy Friday afternoon (7/15) between 3 and 4 PM.
Where are the owner and manager of this establishment? I encountered three young staff members today who were cursing and shouting at each other, throwing items around, and banging on the blenders while blaming one another for potentially getting fired. It was almost funny, but ultimately quite disturbing. There were two smoothies left on the counter with mold growing on them, and the tables were dirty along with a messy workspace behind the counter. I urge someone in charge to take better care of this place. And to the owner, please refrain from responding with the same generic message—I’d prefer you focus on improving your establishment instead.
I ordered six smoothies online, and they were quite good. We also purchased two edible straws, but when I got home, I realized they were missing. I called the restaurant, and the woman who answered was very curt. I asked if I could get a refund for the straws, but she said no, so I decided to drive back and get them. When I arrived, she was initially unfriendly, but another employee offered to help me. To my surprise, the woman then started vaping right in front of me and other customers, which I found very unprofessional. It’s clear that she shouldn’t be working in customer service.

I won't be returning to this restaurant, and I'll definitely advise anyone I know in the area to steer clear of it. I've visited multiple Tropical Smoothie locations without any problems, but this one was a huge disappointment. The quesadilla had very little filling, and what there was was just clumped together in the center and undercooked. I really wish I had checked my food before leaving; I would have requested a refund. This is incredibly disappointing, and after looking at all the reviews, it appears that this has been an ongoing issue for quite a while.
I?m never petty enough to go on a website and leave a review but this location is awful. Workers are so lazy they send out food like this. A quesadilla is not That hard to make and put in a box correctly. And the girl at the counter was rude. All the filling was thrown in the middle Of the tortilla shell the rest was just cooked tortilla and as you can see this doesn?t even look like a quesadilla it quite literally looks like somebody bald up a tortilla and threw it in the box. Needless to say I threw the whole thing in the trash
Ordered lunch via their website to be delivered to my job. Waited for over an hour just to never revive my order. Wasted my break and gas going to the location to see if they could remake my order I didn?t even want my money back for the order just the food. I was willing to go get all about the delivery fee as well as the tip for the driver. Not only did they refuse they did nor refund me my money. Tropical smoothie will never again receive my patronage. Worst location
I am completely enamored with this restaurant! The staff at every location is genuinely wonderful—very quick and efficient. They provide options for dining in, pickup, and delivery. I’m a lifelong customer; I absolutely love the rewards points system, which makes it so easy to earn points and unlock free food, smoothies, supplements, and more. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to maintain a healthy lifestyle while enjoying delicious food!

This store needs to close already. Smells like rotten eggs every time you walk in. They never pick up the phone. The blenders are disgusting. Food and smoothies are not great. The worst tropical smoothie location ever. Which sucks cause I love this place but refuse to visit this location. Enough is enough already. Take action please.
