This used to be one of my favorite places in AH. The food is now so so and the ambiance is terrible. We ordered the boa buns which were cold. The Bulgogi and bimimibap were good but not great. The atmosphere is terrible. Gone is the blackboard with drinks list and specials. The walls are bare and there is no lighting. Towards the back are racks of stuff which shouldn't be visible to diners. The server was loudly yelling at the kitchen staff while we dined. Sorry to see what has happened to this place.
Visited this restaurant based on a recommendation from a friend. It exceeded expectations. All the popular items were outstanding and the waiter gave excellent advice. Would strongly recommend and we will be dining here again in the future.
We dined with some young Korean friends. They made our choices and explained the dishes. Everything was fresh and flavorful. I expecially liked the seafood rice cake and the egg pancake.
The place was quiet, and they did not have a liquor license. The chicken (most popular) and apps were very good. Hopefully they will continue to grow more.

Ttowa consistently provides generous quantities of delicious food and outstanding service. A gem of a restaurant, super convenient for lunch or dinner.
Food was excellent though altered to Anericans taste preferences. AL FRESCO dining on a beautiful evening. Would return as the food was great.
