I have been to this restaurant twice this month. The food is absolutely delicious. My girlfriend and I have only tried two dishes so far, but they are so amazing that we can't bring ourselves to try anything else. The Dak Bun with char-grilled chicken is exceptional and the Japchae, sweet potato noodles with beef (or plain or tofu), is simply delightful. We plan to try more items on the menu eventually, but for now, these dishes are just too good to pass up. Highly recommend!
This was the first Korean restaurant I believe I've been to. Everything my girlfriend and I had at this restaurant was literally outstanding. We will be back again soon. Best kept secret in AH downtown. Be patient with the service, they were very nice, helpful and friendly, there was just two of them on a Saturday night though.
We have been going to Ttowa for years, but Covid definitely hurt this restaurant from a dine-in standpoint. The food is still very good, but the menu has been reduced. Also, there is no dine-in atmosphere any longer. It is just a bunch of tables with several tables filled. There is nothing special about the dining experience.

Ttowa consistently provides generous quantities of delicious food and outstanding service. A gem of a restaurant, super convenient for lunch or dinner.
We had the chicken steam buns and rice cakes to start and they were absolutely delicious. The shrimp was also great! We will definitely be back! BYOB!
Hidden gem. The restaurant has a minimalist decor but serves delicious food. Remember to bring your own drinks.
