This is the second time I have tried to place an order over the phone at this restaurant. Both times, after I requested a hot sub at 9:50pm, they just placed the phone down without saying anything. When I arrived, I was told that the grill and fryer were already turned off because they close at 11pm. This is unacceptable. The worker, who happened to be a white girl, was lazy and unhelpful.
I have been to this location 3 times and all 3 times, they have gotten my order wrong. I have clarified and given specific and still wrong. All i ever want is a chicken phillyThis last time she even stated she knew what i wanted and got a steak and cheese instead. Disappointed again.
Went there around 3PM, time on website says 11AM when they open, and they are most certainly operative on Thursday. Walked up and the door was locked despite the sign saying they were open? Girl there works hard, just not very customer-friendly. Someone give her a hand!
I tried Tubby's for the first time and will never order from there again. The salad was wilted and brown, with only one tomato. Jimmy John's and Subway are much better options. This place is not worth the money. Book a table now
Stay away food was gross and bottom of bun was split open to,spent $17 and shoulda just had cereal instead. My prediction is this place won't be in business much longer putting out food like this at these prices
The restaurant offers a nice variety of tasty dishes. I noticed they have a wide selection of ice cream, but unfortunately, no ice cream cones. The customer service was excellent.
So many signs that you couldn't see the menu the worker never said a word!Didn't look clean or appealing so I left!

"Fantastic place for breakfast. Easily a dozen choices of omelettes. Also at least a dozen breakfast choices like corned beef and hash, french toast, an italian sausage breakfast, and pork chop and eggs. I had the spinach and feta cheese omelette;filling and perfectly done (not runny nor burnt). They even have an omelette with steak. Great service; hard working friendlypeople."
