This morning, I had breakfast at Turn Bar Kitchen, and the experience was outstanding from the beginning. I called beforehand to confirm they served breakfast, and although they don't take reservations for breakfast, there was no issue with being seated. The hostesses (there were two) were so kind and helped me with some flowers. I wish I could have said goodbye when I left. The server, Wendall (I may be mistyping his name), was phenomenal. Visited Cleveland for Business and was so beyond pleased with the service at TURN. Our lovely server Mary went above and beyond for us without hesitation. Our group dropped by TURN bar and kitchen and pretty much had the place to ourselves since we were early. The happy hour prices were very reasonable and the portions quite generous. Food was pretty good too! I did come back later another night, and without happy hour prices, my cocktail was $20 (so quite pricey). Vegetarian options: Salads and sweet potato fries were some of the vegetarian options.

The atmosphere was okay. Our server was friendly, but the bartender took half an hour to make our three drinks. It took over 30 minutes for us to receive bread service, and over an hour before our salads arrived. The kitchen was very slow, even though there were only two tables in the restaurant, including ours, at 9:00 PM on a Monday night. I would not return to this restaurant.
I took my husband and 2-year-old daughter to this restaurant for Father's Day this weekend. The service was excellent. When my daughter became a little restless, the waitress and host were very helpful and even brought out some toys to keep her occupied. The food was delicious. We will definitely be coming back again.
This was the best service I have ever had the pleasure to experience at a restaurant in downtown Cleveland. The food was fantastic, the setting is warm and comfortable and the staff went all out when they learned we had just gotten married the day before. We are looking forward to returning here soon .
This restaurant in downtown Cleveland is a wonderful place to dine. All the items on the menu are excellent and reasonably priced. Two of the servers, Mary and Julie, have been here for years and provide excellent service. It's a perfect spot to have a relaxing meal before a Cavs or Guardians game.

Celebrated mom's 80th lunch here. Great food, nice setting and wonderful service. Melany was superb and very friendly and helpful. Brought out a birthday dessert that looked like a dessert tray!
