Literally the worst service I have ever experience to date. 1/08/2022 1230. We ordered two twirls and the girl at the window was on a phone call on speaker phone. We had to repeat our order three times because she continued to have her conversation and stated, Sorry someone’s at the window ordering, what did you say. You could tell by the call it was social. I paid, she closed the window. Then she puts the first one out of the window with the ice cream spilling down the cup and closes the window! The order wasn’t right. This restaurant is simply excellent. There may be a line, but it moves quickly. You might have to wait about a minute for your order after paying. I recommend trying the Brownie Sundae - it was delicious. The brownie itself was great, but the soft serve ice cream was incredibly smooth and thick. It was the best soft serve I've ever had. The prices are good too. I will definitely be returning.
Tonight, I ordered a small vanilla cone dipped in chocolate for $4.05 including tax. Unfortunately, the cone had a very minimal amount of ice cream at the top (only 2 scoops high) and the cone itself was empty. This was a disappointment compared to my previous experiences. It seems like the quality has declined, even after the owner has been running the place for over 20 years.
Staff on 2/4/22 6:30 are rude. She said she was uncomfortable taking an order when a gentleman joked with her about just wanting the cones. Clearly he was joking. Then they proceeded to give him and his family sloppy small cones when they ordered mediums. If you can’t smile and be nice to your customers. Go home and watch more TikTok videos on manners and etiquette.

Love this place,First time visit since I moved up here in 3 years and service was excellent,well priced and tasted amazing.Wish I would’ve visited sooner, didn’t know how much I was missing out on. I ordered the banana split and it was great,good serving size. Can’t complain. Definitely recommend 10/10 to visit here.
The restaurant offers a large soft serve ice cream in a cone or cup. Their banana split is delicious and their shakes are also recommended. The prices are reasonable and they serve a good amount of tasty ice cream. The staff is friendly and everyone enjoys Twistee Treat. It is definitely worth a visit.

We were traveling saw this place stopped. It looks like a soft serve cone! We got medium chocolate vanilla cones. It hit the spot! A great little nostalgic place. Would recommend it! Service was quick friendly.
good ice, but some of the girls seem to be lazy and give small portions. my last two visits had much smaller sections. the worst part was that they were both served too time when the line was long.
