We went for a night out with friends because we had been there before and the food was good so we wanted to go back. We checked in at 730 and was told there was a wait. Which was fine. Busy Saturday night, we were...able to play the games and have a drink at the bar. Come 830 I checked in again as there was numerous empty tables. I was told that there was a reservation. I asked for ALL the empty tables. I was told yes. We waited another 20 mins and still no reservation people arrived. I spoke to the manager who did nothing and said she wished she knew about the situation. She offered to send something via email and I have received nothing. Booked a table for 14 on a Saturday Evening. All was ready when we arrived, in fact they had setup for 16 Justin case of numbers change. We were immediately greeted by our server Clare, who got us our beverages. We had to wait for...a couple of our friends. We were not pressured at all to order.
