En mi caso pedí la entraña, la cuál estaba buena, pero reconozco que tampoco me pareció extraordinaria ni mucho menos. Quizás tuve mala suerte pero mi corte estaba bastante duro y gomoso, una lástima la verdad. El resto de comensales disfrutaron y uno de ellos pidió parrillada de carne la cuál incluye distintos tipos de carne.
