“Pancha” means five stars and “stars”. had the vege stack sanga; looked impressive and tasted just as well. came with a small salat that cut in slices red apple that I enjoyed very much. I felt that $17 for a sandwich is a touch too much. I agree kelsey that eating was colorful and nourishing and it is great to have another vegan option that is not just burger. I wish I had more time to try more, but only stopped for a quick bite.
