Called them tonight because I was having a party and I ordered 30 crispy wings with Buffalo on the side. When I got the food all 30 had Buffalo sauce on them. I called them back because more then half of the people at the party didn’t eat Buffalo and one was allergic. The lady that picked up the phone handed over the phone to a man who said they will remake my wings and asked how many I wanted replaced. I said it would be okay to only replace 20 of the wings since some people where okay with the Buffalo sauce. The man said that he would bring me another 20 but he need me to give him the 30 that they brought back to them. I told him I would gladly give him 20 back for the 20 he was gonna rema...
I was very skeptical about the order from here, but boy let me tell you how much I was wrong. I get light sauce well made sounds easy, but 9/10 get it wrong. This place did it. In addition, her dough is from this world. It has a touch of sourdough, but if you do not know, dough you will never be able to say. When it comes to customer service, they did not take my order calant, but when it was about to deliver perfect. Even though it came “delivery” (literal) I missed 4 calls and after 30 minutes recognized, they came back. Nevertheless, ignore the negative reviews. This is 110% place to order pizza. I'm surprised they're not so famous because they're much better than all pizzas in RI. Trust...
I been a costumer for few years now, but lately my pizza either comes late or is cold. I placed an order for large Hawaiian pizza and after 1hour 47 minutes I had to call three times to ask for ETA. On my last call I asked them to canceled my order. The person on the phone apologized and said to keep the pizza the would refund my money back. I told him I no longer wanted the pizza since I knew it would arrived cold. I was told not to worry the I would not be charged and 2 days later I saw a charge on my debit card. I called but the manager wasn't in I was told he would reach out but never did. I see having a loyal customer means nothing to this business.
These guys are never consistent. I constantly tell them to make my pizza well done otherwise its mushy on the bottom,, I ask them to make my wings well done otherwise they taste like boiled wings with sauce on them all slimey!.. I ask for pricing and they never give with accuracy! It's always one thing one day something else the next. I tried to order the meal deal for large one topping pizza, wings and two liter soda she tells me $31+ I asked for break down she couldn't give me one. Instead she insisted that choosing pepperoni on only half the pizza made the pepperoni a second topping! Are you kidding me! They don't like their business.

Worst experience we have ever had with a restaurant. First the pizza the cheese was on the box not the pizza. Unfortunately we were not told not to eat it and my son and husband were very hungry and couldn’t wait for the replacement so we ate the good parts of the pizza. After we found out that we were not supposed to eat the pizza we offered to pay for it because we realized our mistake but no the manager was not ok with that so unfortunately we will not be ordering from this restaurant again. We were loyal customers but I will be taking my business somewhere else.
Where else are you going to get pizza at 3:30 AM on a Wednesday morning? Absolutely nasty. Unfermented dough that sits like a brick in your stomach. Amateur hour pizza with the cheapest ingredients. Frozen grocery store pizza is higher quality. Dough was barely leavened. Avoid unless you're drunk and desperate after hours. We picked it up, so the pizza was hot. No excuse. It's all profits for them as they sling low grade dog food.
I absolutely love the food at Vasilios but unfortunately they NEVER get orders right. Even thought I ordered at 2am I immediately addressed the issue and was promised a call back that same day at 10:30am. After no call and three days worth of repeated attempts to contact Vasilios I finally spoke to the owner and was offered 10% off my NEXT order. Thanks but no thanks, they've lost a loyal customer and A LOT of business.
I should have read the reviews before I ordered but I looked at the high prices and thought they had to be good. I ordered a simple philly steak with mayo ketchup and mustard had none of thee above. The sub came extra soggy and has no taste at all. The delivery guy also said he had no change expecting a 10 dollar Tip. First and last time trying this place

Our new way to the pizza place! Order tonite and it came in a timely way and was excellent! We have a fairly standard pizza (pepperoni and black olives) but it was cooked right! The delivery was timely and the driver was beautiful! Will definitely repeat customers in any case!
Ordered from here last night, and it was delivered with 2 pieces missing! Lol how does that even happen. Grubhub refunded me.
