On a recent visit to Leeds, we'd done the Xmas shopping and fancied a drink inside somewhere we were walking along and accidentally discovered this place what a gem! The house wines were very, very good and after ordering just drinks, we were also treated to a small, freshly made platter of bread sticks, cheese and salami. We sat in the window seats and watched the city life go by while enjoying the wines. If there's anything to say that isn't positive, it'd be that the lighting was, in our opinion, too bright and needed turning down a little. But that shouldn't detract from what was a fantastic discovery. We'll be back the next time we're in Leeds!
I wandered in because I was looking for something hot for lunch. Came across this place and liked the sound of their paninis. Ordered at the bar, and paid. Service was fast. The panini was well-cooked and really nice. The Diet Coke was actually chilled as it should be. The ambience is cozy, but might not be for everybody. Didn't try their wines as it was lunch time and I don't drink when I am working, but they did seem to have quite a large collect. Would like to try the wine there some time. Yes, I would go back there for lunch again. I liked the fast service.
This restaurant is a fantastic spot to spend a few hours savoring delicious single estate Italian wines. We came for a wine tasting and had an amazing experience. Benedikt took care of us throughout our visit and was a wonderful host. He was extremely well-informed about the wines and guided us through the backstory of the estate "Veeno". We gained a lot of valuable knowledge. We were also treated to a variety of cheeses and meats, which added to the overall enjoyment of our experience.
The service at this restaurant is always great. Veenos wine is consistently excellent and the food is presented exceptionally well to complement the high-quality ingredients. The Sharing Boards offer a delicious selection of meat, cheese, bread, and accompaniments. The staff are always willing to go the extra mile. Overall, top-notch experience.

This restaurant is stunning, with exceptionally friendly staff who are happy to assist if you're unsure about what to order. We opted for the largest Sharing Board and two wine flights (red and white), and were blown away by some of the wines. We will definitely be returning.
Enjoy a birthday contract here in November and found the wine tasting to be most pleasant. The excellent Sicilian wine is paired with delicious food and served with eyelashes of great customer service. Very recommended.
Relaxing place for a lunch. Pennine and the wine were delicious and at a reasonable price. Very polite and hard working young man (Benedict made the visit well worth wile, we will be back again when in Leeds. Jc T xx :
Absolutely fabulous afternoon at the wine tasting experience. Some of the nice set wines. Phil was fab at looking after us . An overall great experience.
