Worst wings and customer service we’ve ever had. None of the six of us finished our food as it was all over cooked and too tough to eat. That was the least of it however. The customer service was terrible. We had ask for service and finally had to walk back into the kitchen to ask for a waiter only to find all the employees sitting around on their phones. Even with that, the service we finally did get was some of the worst we’ve ever had. We had a gift card for $50 but they only wanted to honor it for $20 until we had to dispute it. Edit: Redeemed! We just gave it a second chance, and it?s truly the taste we knew and loved. Fantastic, back to four stars! ???????????? Sad about our experience here because the Velocity Wings in Chantilly is SO good. We ordered boneless wings and they are so over cooked the eating the breading is like chewing a bone. Flavor is great, the appetizer we ordered was amazing, but the wings are awful. Hopefully this is a fluke and I can change my rating next time we order.
We got wings and eggrolls. Worst decision ever. Food was totally burned to a point that cannot be eaten by how bad tasted the burn food. SEE THE PICTURES. This was a carry out order and we called to notify the incident and complain. They tried to explain that they use a darker oil, so food will look darker, but they offer to make a redund. Just checked my account to find out that we only got a partial refund for food that you couldn't eat. Done waste your money!!!!
First time patron. Ordered Velocity wings, chicken sandwich, chicken parmesan sandwich, and fried pickles. All the chicken was dry, the breading on the wings was too thick n flavorless. The fried pickles are in spears which I don?t prefer compared to slices, and the breading was also thick n flavorless. The sauce selection was good (mango habenero is good) and friendly store front service for takeaway, but the quality of the food for the price is poor.

I agree with the other reviews. Got naked wings to take out, and they were burnt, tough, and inedible. I had these wings many times before at the Sterling location, and they were perfect--crispy skin on outside and juicy and tender on inside. I was too hungry to drive all the way back, and it probably wouldn't have helped. They apparently have not made any effort to fix the problem at this new location, and I will not be getting wings there again!
Got our order wrong...came back to get it fixed and it was still wrong. Never offered to make it up to us, just gave us an extra order of wings despite having to drive back there.Didn't seem to care. The food is actually great, but the service isn't worth the hassle. Go somewhere else.
Have been to the location in Sterling and liked it, but did not enjoy the food from this location. Chicken on my sandwich tasted like a briefly heated frozen chicken breast. Wing sauce was good, but the wings themselves seemed low quality.
The food was awful. I have never thrown away food in 45 years until today. It was that bad. They also didn’t deliver the dressings. NEVER ORDER FROM HERE! $50 set on fire

Just straight trash. I order boneless chicken and got dried out chicken I pay over 30 dollars for this mess. Never again. The food is definitely not worth a dime.
It is cute inside and the live music was good, but the wings were awful.
