The table bread, salads, and service were outstanding. They do have a full bar, but there was no cocktail menu available. I ordered the chicken alla Rosa. The portion sizes here are quite generous, but the sauce was overly watery, and since the chicken was laying on top, it quickly became soggy and unappetizing. Additionally, the sauce had a mushroom cream base that wasn’t mentioned on the menu, which was concerning. Overall, the dish felt both overwhelming and disappointing. The flavor did not compare favorably to other vodka sauces I've had. I understand that not every dish will suit my taste, but including allergens without proper labeling is certainly problematic. I love going to this restaurant every year for my anniversary. It has just the perfect atmosphere for a date night candles and low lights. It never fails to have the best tasting foods. It truly has the 'made from scratch ' taste and the portions arevery generous. I always try to get dessert but by the time I finish my meal I am always full. Luckily I can always get it togo.
This charming little Italian restaurant is nestled in a storefront on Main Street. The food and wine are delightful, and the service is outstanding. I would have awarded it 5 stars, but my shrimp were overcooked. On the bright side, the scallops were perfectly cooked—tender and not gritty at all. My husband's lamb chops and scallops were equally excellent.
Google has been recommending this restaurant to me for years, and we finally decided to give it a try. Wow, it was amazing! The food was absolutely delicious, and our server was fantastic—she really excelled with her suggestions (ask for Amanda; she’s the best!). I even ended up with a full to-go plate of leftovers. Our group of seven had a fantastic time this past Friday! The food was exceptional, and the staff was amazing (special thanks to Amanda). We truly enjoyed celebrating my daughter's 2nd birthday and will definitely return on our next trip to LaGrange. Be sure to call for a reservation!
The food here leaves much to be desired. The bread is fantastic and definitely the highlight of the meal. However, the pasta lacks flavor and is quite bland. The chicken was overcooked, and the tortellini tasted like something you'd find in the freezer aisle.
Went with a large group (16). Our server was amazing. Every order was right. They did serve us salad family style which was fine but we did gave to ask for another bowl. Food was very good. Definitely will go back.
