I am surprised to see this place has such a good rating! Had lunch there today. Granted, the service was quite friendly and it was nice to watch Chinese new years celebrations but the food was ordinary. I had the yellow fish curry with steamed rice on the side which was large squares of fish in waterey broth. The flavour of the soup was not too offensive but it was so thin that it meant the was barely any trace of it in the fish. Also, note the there is only fish in this soup/curry, which made it quite bland. My friends didn't rate their special noodles either. Cheap food but average taste at best.
poor service and sub par food quality. while we visited fremantle to deposit related on the ferry terminal, we decided to eat in this caffe too. we had a big group, and the personal had not the recording, we had to move tables ourselves so that we could sit together. the coffee was bad. also when we went to order food, I have my hand on taking up the change only for the man, they on the counter next to my hand. small things like this occasion, even everyone commented that the meals did not seem fresh and were not delicious. will not eat here again.
I came here for years, but had a long break to this day. Today we had the hamburger and beef return. a bit disappointing was the burger dry and cold. the Aioli sauce tasted and looked like it just came out of the glass. the rendang was ok, but for the price was too small. the only positive was the banana and spearmint milk shakes. not in any hurry to return
You will return. Awesome food , fantastic service , love love love this cafe, can't get enough of it. Once you have been there and tasted the food and had the best most friendly table service you want to go back again and again. Great affordable prices also.

Gado Gado. Served like a slurpy soup with prawn crackers on top ...shocking ...I could not eat it....they refused to address poor meal.....if you like soup with prawn crackers Strange food ..chef needs to check recipe
I really want to love this place because I love Indonesian cuisine and it's so close. but every time I eat here, I was disappointed. everything is a bit of a thoroughfare and the prices are high.
the breakfast was average, I ordered the speck rührei and did not get much touch, they should have eggs benedict on the menu. actually it has to be more breakfast caffes in eshed markets.
Great Sunday Lunch. Quick decision by 4 of us to call here for lunch, a warm welcome, got prompt servce, received good food and polite after service. Just what we all want Recommended!
