Loved the great service!! Got there ahead of our reservations and waited at the bar and ordered drinks. Great atmosphere with the fireplace! We were summoned close to our reservations. We were seated at the table with the sofa which had an excellent view of the restaurant especially the wall with over pieces of handblown colored glass. We ordered the mushroom polenta and braised short ribs of beef (spiced parsnips tarragon and horseradish) and the harris ranch strip steak (guanicale roasted shallots potatoes and truffle mustard). Might I say YUMMY DELICIOUSNESS!
We love this restaurant for its amazing atmosphere and overall vibe. The staff is always friendly, the wine selection is excellent, and the menu is perfect - not too overwhelming like at Cheesecake Factory, but also not too limited like at most small plate restaurants. The hummus is absolutely delicious, and the pita bread is prepared to perfection. We've tried half of the menu items and can't wait to come back to try the rest.
This was the second time I visited Vidrio (the first was Raleigh restaurant week), and it definitely lived up to the very high bar it set the first time. The food was really scrumptious and beautifully presented (try the Salmon belly gravlax, it's divine) and the service was excellent. They also have an extensive wines-by-the-glass list, which was very nice when not all in your party are drinking. Cannot wait to visit again.
Always enjoyable at Vidrio. The only downside was the Cava ordered to celebrate a birthday toast. It was flat and tasteless. We were told that the bar orders it in large quantities and it comes in a box instead of bottle. We had to send back. The GM offered to open a bottle of Prosecco and replace our glass. Really nice of him! Everything else that evening was wonderful including our server!

From the food to the drinks to our server, Thomas, everything was top notch. We've had a hard time finding a good restaurant (that also fills up martini glasses) since moving here in August, but we're happy to say we finally found one. Can't wait to go back and try more of their interesting cuisine!
Vidrio is a truly unique, Mediterranean tapas-style restaurant. The attention to detail is remarkable in every aspect of the restaurant. Perfect spot for any occasion from drinks to start the evening in town to an anniversary meal you can't go wrong. I highly recommend the Braised Short Rib!
This was my first time at Vidrio. The food was excellent. We were a group of and tried many things. All were very tasty! The atmosphere is so cool. We all loved our dinner outing at Vidrio. Will definitely return.
Great food, great atmosphere. Prices are a little high and it would be nice if they had some selections for children who pallets aren’t quite as sophisticated as others.
