visit to Villa Roma was Super great food; plus our waiter was a real PRO. Loved the place. Told everyone about it. visit was a disaster, One meal was served cold. Original waiter NEVER came back to check on us after someone else served the meals. minutes after we finished dinner, original waiter stopped by to ask if we wanted dessert. We said no, just the check please. minutes later, he still had not returned. We left the table and went to the reception desk to get our bill and settle it. The waiter saw there us and brought the bill with no apology for poor service. Too bad, no more love for Villa Roma.
I have been here many times to eat and love the food and service. I have to admit this time the food was horrible, it didn't taste the same and I had to send my steak back three times for being cooked wrong to the point after the third time I just asked that they take it and remove it from my bill. I have eaten here many times and referred friends and family here. This experience was disappointing.
Service was great , steaks were cooked perfectly but had zero flavor. Disappointed to honest. This place was great before but something happened to the quality of the meats. I was surprised we were 1 of three eating there on Friday night.but Maybe
Had an awesome time. It's nice to go to a restaurant with good foods, good services, and can actually talk instead of those hip places with music so loud that you can't even think. It's all good. Already planning for the next visit ?

We finally received some of our food at 8:20 after arriving on time for a 7:00 reservation. Server said kitchen was backed up on the other side , then disappeared. Two meals were great, two barely adequate. I won 't be back.
Two out of three meals were very good. The fettuccine Alfredo and eggplant dish were very good the rigatoni, not so much.  two males were delivered at once and had to wait 5–10 minutes for the third meal to be served. 
Great restaurant I didn't know was so close to me. Awesome food, great service, no wait, perfect ambiance. Had the parrilla, the paella, beef empanada, and flan con dulce de leche. Will come back to try all dishes!
OMG...this place always scores high. Great food...great service...and a location we always like coming back to. Sure fired winner. PS: Thanks Sabrina for taking such good care of us.
