we visit dresden every year and always make sure that we are in villandry at least once while we are there. it has become a special favorite of ours. if they live in a hotel in the old town....and most great hotels are. located there., it is a little difficult to reach as it is a little too foot over the augustus bridge to this part of the city. also this is a counter full of bars and clubs especially for young dudes! but don't let them be pulled off by almost every wall covered with graffiti! the restaurant itself is stylish and comfortable. the tables are conveniently disassembled and the atmosphere and the ambiente here is beautiful. villandry seems a favorite for young nice looking Germa...
This is an amazing restaurant in the Dresden-Neustadt you wouldn't expect there. The menu is always changing and updated with new creations. The quality of the food is superb as well as the service team. If you want to surprise family, friends or business partner...with an excellent meal in a nice atmosphere you need to go to Villandry. Make sure you call for a reservation upfront as the restaurant is very popular and tables are limited.
Went here on a recommendation and was not disappointed. Staff are extremely friendly, and make you feel very comfortable although you are not a local. Food quality is excellent, they also have few, but interesting local wines from Saxony. The restaurant is a bit outside...the city center but well worth the ride
We turned up without a reservation on a Friday evening and had the most wonderful welcome from multi-lingual staff... and enjoyed a great meal. Good range of items on the menu and wine list. Handy location near Dresden Neustadt station... in an up and coming ...area. Highly recommended.
