I love their pate chaud. It's definitely the main reason why I'd come to this part of Cabramatta for. The only thing here is their Woolies... which is too chaotic for me to shop at. The pastry is an amazing piece of work... I remember growing up with pate chaud for breakfast but my dad would say it with more a Vietnamese accent.. On my most recent visit, there was a french person explaining what they have to offer to a bunch of his friends. This only inspired me to visit it more as Im keen to try their other pastries now.... due to a more French influence Also theyre voted for best pork roll by bloggers... but I've never tried it here. Guess that's another thing to add to my list...read more

Most pork roll shops offer the same three types of meat, bbq pork, cha lua (white pork devon), a variation of nem (red pork and pork skin) as well as pate. Vinata’s distinguish itself with delicious home-made chicken liver pate that is rich and tasty. Their secret sauce is not bad either, especially compared to other joints that just squirts Maggi seasoning sauce (as much as I love Maggi). They've been around for over two decades, long enough to see the children of their customers grow up and return to buy a pork roll on their own. It's a bit of an institution in the fiercely competitive, cheap-cheap, pork roll scene of Cabramatta. They've survived for a reason.

My all time favourite pork roll 5) place in Sydney. Not only are they generous with the stuffing, they *meticulously* place each layer so you’re not eating a big hot mess like other joints. Furthermore, they drizzle a sweet sesame soy sauce over the top to bind it all together. That is what sets them apart from the rest Also try their pate chaud which is a French inspired pastry (slightly sweet resembling crossiant dough) that encases a dense mince filling 3)

this review is not about the world record “Light Pig Roll” in the world, but about patê sô. this is by far the best bánh patê sô outside ho chi minh I ever taste. so this is in the ground a flaky, buttery( plus lard), and piping hot spicy meat cake, vietnamese cake, of course that great to eat from it itself with a cup of ice-cold Vietnamese coffee. the baked was tasty and the filling is recommended generously. Vinata’s pork roll had fairly crusty bread although it didn’t seem the freshest. They packed the ingredients in quite well, including a lot of pate and a liquid sauce that leaked through the paper but added a really good flavour. Good roll overall much better than Viet Hoa or Nguyen’s in Canley Vale and mid-priced at $5.

My go-to bakery as a kid and I still love coming here! They opened one in Bonnyrigg Plaza and it's much more convenient for me so I do go there but their products are basically the same. The best cheese and bacon rolls and pretty good pork rolls! I also enjoy the meatball rolls as that's what I grew up with.

Love, love, love their patechaud a Vietnamese savoury puff pastry and pork rolls Their puff pastry exterior is slightly sweet, flaky and buttery. And the interior a meat filling (which I believe it consists of ground pork), packs heaps of flavour My go to snack when studying or coming back from university.

if they are in the opposite, they give this place a try! the speck pieces are chopped to finer pieces, thus maximizing the crispness (no crisp soft bits.) it is also nicely distributed over the whole brot (no boring bits.) also here are pig rolls quite firm, as they use their own special sauce. I heard that Vinata has been standing strong since 25 years ago and they have been nominated as one of the best pork rolls in town! Finding this shop is easy as you can simply tell from all the media coverage and signs they put throughout their shops.. LOL!
