Terrible experience. We were seated at a round table squeezed into a corner where a square table should have been, and it was wobbly and unstable. When we requested a new table, we were told we'd have to wait another half hour, even though at least nine tables were open. When we brought the hostess over to show her how bad the situation was, she simply shrugged it off and said we still had to wait. We decided to leave and will never return to this place.
The service was just ok.. wasn’t crowded and food took a while to come out. The steaks that were ordered medium rare came out almost well done.. The pours on a glass of wine were very small for the amount of money charged. The charcuterie board was very good, we probably should have just ordered that and the desert of crème brûlée was the treasure of the evening
My husband and I have been dining at Vincent's Steakhouse since it opened, and we've never had a bad meal! I highly recommend it to anyone who hasn't yet visited—give it a try, and you won't be disappointed!
